Victor A. Fortkiewicz has extensive executive experience in providing fiscal, operations, regulatory, and strategic leadership in the energy and utility industries in both the private and public sectors. Prior to joining Cullen and Dykman, Victor served as Executive Director of the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities from 2005 - 2010. A results-focused leader, he has highly developed personal skills with the proven ability to manage conflict and forge consensus in uniquely challenging situations.
