Suzanne Melnyk Tripp works in the firm’s Not-for-Profit and Religious Organizations department. She represents clients in the formation of not-for-profit corporations and religious corporations. Suzanne works on corporate governance matters, mergers, dissolutions, lease transactions, purchase and sale transactions, applications for real property tax exemption, and applications for water and sewer exemptions. Suzanne also prepares petitions that are filed in the Supreme Court for some not-for-profit corporations and religious organizations to sell, mortgage or lease real property.  She is a trusts and estates attorney who handles all aspects of will preparation, probate, estate administration, estate litigation, and estate tax matters.

Suzanne is certified by the Unified Court System to serve as a Guardian, Attorney for Alleged Incapacitated Persons and Supplemental Needs Trustee.
