Robert Frankini is an Associate in the firm's General Liability, Tort, and Insurance Litigation Department. He concentrates his practice on the defense of businesses in a broad range of civil litigation matters, including personal injury, premises liability, and motor vehicle accident claims.
Prior to joining Cullen and Dykman as an Associate, Robert served as a Law Clerk with the firm while completing his Juris Doctor at the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, where he graduated in 2025. Before joining Cullen and Dykman, Robert gained experience as an Intern and Law Clerk at an insurance defense firm on Long Island, representing retail and commercial clients in a variety of insurance litigation matters.
