Noreen A. Donovan is an associate in the Firm’s Banking and Financial services. She has recently joined the firm after practicing in the Real Estate and Banking industry for 34 years. Her past clients include financial institutions, investors, brokers, agents, the SBA, individuals and businesses. She has represented these clients in several areas including:

Noreen has been an adjunct professor teaching Business Law at both SUNY Maritime and St. John’s University.  An educator, prior to practicing law, Noreen’s love of teaching carries over well to our team approach in the firm’s banking area.

Noreen also represents clients in connection with Estate Administration and Probate, as well as Estate planning.
