Kelly McNamee is an associate in Cullen and Dykman’s Bankruptcy and Creditors’ Rights department, where she focuses her practice on supporting clients in restructuring and insolvency matters.

Ms. McNamee assists attorneys and clients in navigating bankruptcy proceedings and creditors’ rights issues, including litigation, restructuring, and related matters. She brings a thoughtful and analytical approach to her work, helping clients address complex legal and business challenges.

Ms. McNamee also assists attorneys and clients in commercial mortgage foreclosure and enforcement of lender’s rights, issues, including litigation, loan workouts, and related matters.

During law school, Ms. McNamee was actively involved in the Dispute Resolution Society and the New York Real Property Law Journal. She has authored multiple publications addressing key bankruptcy issues, including topics related to automatic stays, conflicts, and creditor rights.

Ms. McNamee is a member of the Turnaround Management Association and the Theodore Roosevelt American Inn of Court, and remains actively engaged in developments within the restructuring and insolvency space.
