Jake Diamond is an Associate in the firm's Construction Litigation department. He concentrates his practice in New York Labor Law defense, premises liability, general liability defense, bodily injury defense, automobile negligence defense, and coverage.
Prior to joining Cullen and Dykman, Jacob was a litigator where he obtained extensive experience handling complex cases involving commercial litigation, product liability, wrongful death, employment law, catastrophic event response, child sex abuse, bailment, and bad faith litigation.
Jacob also served as a law clerk in the Superior Court of Essex County, New Jersey, where he clerked for several judges in matters relating to General Equity, Civil, and Family Law.
