Edward J. Haye is a partner in the firm's Corporate Department. He has extensive experience representing regulated industries and government agencies. Ed has regularly advised energy and utility companies concerning regulatory policy and strategy, purchase and divestiture of assets, risk management and regulatory compliance, corporate governance, contract administration, and intellectual property.

He currently serves on Board of Directors of a Long Island regional bank and on the Board of Trustees of the Village of Sag Harbor. Most recently, Ed served as Vice President and Chief Regulatory Counsel for one of the largest publicly traded U.S. water and wastewater utility companies.
