David J. Solimeno is an associate in the firm’s Corporate department. David represents clients in the energy generation and transmission space, advising on key matters relating to infrastructure permitting, regulatory approvals, and compliance matters under the New York State Public Service Law. David has advised clients on applications regarding both onshore and offshore transmission, as well as both legacy and renewable electric generation facilities. David’s experience also includes advising clients relating to environmental matters, such as those arising under state and federal clean air laws and regulations, as well as the New York State Climate Leadership and Community Protection Act. 

Prior to entering private practice, David began his career as an Excelsior Fellow at the New York State Department of Public Service, where he represented Department Staff in regulatory proceedings before the New York State Public Service Commission.
