Daniel Tabari is an associate in the firm’s Construction Litigation practice group. Daniel’s practice consists of construction, insurance coverage and labor law.
Prior to joining Cullen and Dykman, Daniel practiced civil litigation with a focus on insurance defense and has also handled aviation litigation matters. Daniel began his career in public service, first as an attorney with the New York City Administration for Children’s Services handling child protective proceedings in Family Court, and subsequently as an Assistant District Attorney with the Office of the Special Narcotics Prosecutor for the City of New York.
