Neil Yoskin Will Be Participating in the Brownfield Coalition of the Northeast’s June 2, 2020 Quarterly Roundtable Webinar

Cullen and Dykman partner Neil Yoskin will be participating in the  Brownfield Coalition of the Northeast’s (BCONE) June 2, 2020 quarterly roundtable webinar. He will be speaking on the impact of New Jersey’s COVID-19 related Executive and Administrative Orders on site remediation and redevelopment activities. Neil is a member of the Firm’s Environmental Practice Group, and is a member of BCONE’s Advisory Council. Cullen and Dykman is proud to be a BCONE sponsor.

Webinar Description:

The major topics of BCONE’s May Roundtable will be COVID-19 NJ Executive and Administrative Orders and their Impact on Remediation and Redevelopment and NJEDA’s New Brownfield offerings, including the Revolving Loan Fund. The presentation will be by Neil Yoskin, Esq. of Cullen and Dykman LLP and Elizabeth Limbrick, PG, LSRP and Senior Brownfields Advisor, Policy, Planning & Research at NJEDA. The Roundtable will be moderated by David Bausmith, PE, Regional Operations Manager, Site Mitigation East, AEI Consultants. BCONE is delighted that all 3 presenters are active members of the BCONE Advisory Council.

The presentations will be informative but short and time will be allowed for a question and answer period. The rest of the event is an interactive open forum roundtable discussion moderated by Mr. Bausmith. During this part of the program, attendees are given an opportunity to identify critical issues or concerns they feel directly impacts brownfield and related work. Due to the “alternate learning format,” every attendee should participate with questions and Roundtable discussion. There may be the need to include some random questions for your response to satisfy the issuance of the credits.
