Cullen and Dykman LLP is a full-service law firm that has been serving clients since 1850. We are seeking a litigation associate for our Construction Litigation group. There is a flexible remote rotation permitted. Must be admitted in New Jersey.
Candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in construction defense and construction defect/property damage practice areas. Must have depositions and court experience. Any insurance coverage experience will also be considered. New Jersey admission is required.

We offer a competitive salary, an excellent benefits package and a collaborative, friendly environment. The salary range for this role is $85,000-$150,000. Actual salary will be commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications and relevant experience.
