Cullen and Dykman’s Bankruptcy and Creditors’ Rights Department Selected To Represent the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors of Aguila Inc.

Partners Nathan Dee, Michelle McMahon, and Thomas R. Slome from the firm's Bankruptcy and Creditors’ Rights department have been selected to represent the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors of Aguila Inc. The Bronx-based non-profit organization filed for bankruptcy on October 15, 2021.
