Cullen and Dykman Partner Timothy Flanagan obtained a $995,000 settlement in a malpractice case involving a failure to properly treat a fractured mandible. The claims included the failure to appropriately treat the initial fracture, the failure to properly diagnose and treat an ensuing infection, the failure to perform proper corrective surgery, and the failure to obtain the patient’s informed consent.
