Attorneys Charles F. Gergel and Devon Pope Recently Represented Rocco Trotta, Chairman of the LiRo Group (“LiRo”), in the Acquisition of the LiRo Group by Global Infrastructure Solutions, Inc. (“GISI”)

Partner Charles F. Gergel and associate Devon Pope represented Rocco Trotta, the founder and chairman of The LiRo Group (“LiRo”), a preeminent engineering, architecture, and construction management group of companies, in the acquisition of the LiRo Group by Global Infrastructure Solutions, Inc. (“GISI”). GISI’s partner companies comprise the largest privately-owned construction manager in the building and manufacturing marketplace, with approximately 3,300 employees, and annual revenues of more than $8 billion.  LiRo has approximately 1,000 employees and is ranked 11^th on the 2019 list of top 100 construction management-for-fee firms by trade journal Engineering News-Record. As part of the transaction, Mr. Trotta became a substantial shareholder in GISI.
