Steven J. Robinson is a partner in the firm’s Financial Services Department. Over almost four decades,
he has represented bank and non-bank lenders in all aspects of commercial lending, including commercial real estate loans, asset-based and Uniform Commercial Code transactions, construction loans, Small Business Administration loans, syndicated transactions and loan participations.
In addition to his commercial lending practice, Steven represents clients in connection with creditor’s rights issues, including loan modifications, negotiation and drafting of loan workout agreements, commercial foreclosure litigation and related bankruptcy matters and provides advice on a wide range of regulatory issues.
Steven also represents buyers and sellers in connection with commercial real estate and business asset acquisitions and negotiates commercial lease agreements on behalf of both landlords and tenants.
