Nadia Khan is an associate in the General Liability, Tort and Insurance Defense department. Her current areas of concentration are personal injury/negligence and premises liability. While in law school, Nadia litigated in multiple moot court competitions, including the Philip C. Jessup International Law and Jerome Prince Memorial Evidence Competition. She also participated in an immigration clinic with Catholic Charities, providing representation to immigrants seeking asylum or at risk for deportation. Nadia was a fellow for the Center of International and Comparative Law and served on the Executive Boards of the New York International Law Review and South Asian Law Students Association.
