Mihaela Ioana Pasalega is an associate in the firm's Construction Litigation practice group. Her practice includes construction, business and general tort litigation. She represents construction companies, real estate developers and general contractors on matters associated with labor law, premises liability, property damages and insurance coverage.
Prior to working at Cullen and Dykman LLP, Mihaela managed a private practice in Romania focused on representing financial institutions, real estate developers and international trading companies, and litigated numerous commercial actions involving bankruptcy and business reorganization, contract disputes and banking compliance with the European Union’s Directives.
