Michael Joseph is a partner in the Cullen and Dykman’s Construction Litigation practice group. Michael’s practice consists of commercial, construction, insurance coverage, and general tort litigation including premises liability, Labor Law and property damage, as well as the litigation of various commercial matters, including contractual disputes related to delays, liens, change orders, and other matters. Michael represents construction companies, real estate owners, local government entities, and municipalities from inception through trial. Additionally, Michael also leads the Construction Litigation Appeals Team with a proven track record of securing dismissals of multimillion dollar claims in several high profile and high stakes appeals.
Michael attended St. John’s University School of Law where he served as an Executive Research Editor for the New York International Law Review and a Senior Staff Writer for the Commercial Division Online Law Report. Prior to joining Cullen and Dykman, Michael interned at the Federal Trade Commission Northeast Regional Office’s Antitrust Division where he assisted in analyzing the anticompetitive impact of mergers and acquisitions in the healthcare industry.
