Kyriaki Christodoulou is an associate in the Bankruptcy and Creditors’ Rights department practicing in the areas of complex restructurings, and Chapters 7 and 11 bankruptcy proceedings, including in related litigation. Kyriaki’s clients include debtors, secured and unsecured creditors, creditor committees, and chapter 7 trustees. Prior to joining the firm, Kyriaki practiced in the areas of bankruptcy, representing creditors in large, cross-border bankruptcy proceedings, particularly in the aviation industry and small business debtors in the hospitality space, representing individuals and entities involved in complex commercial litigation, and advising start-ups on critical transactions, governance matters, trademark registrations and intellectual property matters, and day-to-day operational issues.
