Julian Pacia is an associate in the firm’s Banking and Financial Services department. He focuses on representing lenders in commercial real estate financing transactions. Julian handles all aspects of a real estate closing from drafting legal checklists through funding, including but not limited to negotiating and drafting loan documents, drafting and reviewing assignment documents, as well as reviewing title, entity documents, commercial leases and subordination agreements.
