Grace Ann Keller is an associate in the firm’s Banking Department. She represents banks, financial lending institutions and other clients in commercial real estate finance transactions, primarily loans secured by multi-family and commercial real estate. Her experience also includes advising clients regarding regulatory compliance, bank operations, contract review, confidentiality agreements, and representing clients in loan sales, loan restructurings, workouts, and other commercial contract matters.
Grace Ann has also represented landlords and tenants in commercial lease transactions and has represented clients of the firm in a variety of matters, including representation of institutional lenders in collections matters, foreclosure litigation and residential real estate.
