Daniel P. Mevorach is a partner in the firm’s Construction Litigation department. He focuses on complex litigation, including insurance coverage, construction defect, New York Labor Law, underpinning, products liability, condominium disputes, and large-exposure general liability litigations. Daniel also assists insurance and construction industry clients with non-litigation matters, including assessment of risk transfer, business and contract disputes, and insurance counseling.
