Andrew B. Curran is an associate in the firm's Banking and Financial Services department. He represents banks, credit unions, and other financial institutions, lenders, and clients in real estate financing transactions. In addition to conducting due diligence reviews, Andrew negotiates and drafts loan documents and other agreements secured by multi-family, commercial, and mixed-use properties.

Andrew also represents lenders and secured parties in commercial and residential foreclosures and workouts, as well as a variety of individual and corporate clients and municipalities in commercial contract and employment disputes.  Andrew litigates in various courts throughout New York state and before the American Arbitration Association. Prior to joining Cullen and Dykman, Andrew worked with two AM Law 25 firms’ litigation departments supporting all phases of Federal and State court civil litigation.

Ct., Mar. 16, 2018) (Represented lender in actions consolidated for trial, and obtained dismissal following the trial of the plaintiffs’ Petition for Judgment pursuant to RPAPL Article 7A, which sought to appoint a court-designated Administrator for the premises known as 1429 Flatbush Avenue, Brooklyn, New York.)
