Sean Ferguson is an associate in the Construction Litigation practice group. Sean’s practice involves defense litigation related to complex torts, New York State Labor Law, construction defect, premises, products, and transportation liability. Sean represents property owners, developers, general contractors, construction managers, sub-contractors, municipal entities, small business owners, and the City of New York in high exposure cases. He is experienced in all facets of litigation including pre-litigation risk management, investigation, pleadings, discovery, motion practice, alternative dispute resolution, and trial.
