Kristina is an associate in the firm’s Construction Litigation practice group. She focuses her practice on defense litigation involving premises liability, insurance coverage, complex torts, property damage, and transportation liability, representing owners, general contractors, and subcontractors in complex personal injury matters.
Prior to practicing in the United States, Kristina had an extensive legal career abroad, where she gained significant experience handling a wide range of legal matters in international firms. She later earned her LL.M. degree from Cardozo School of Law in New York, bringing a unique international background that provides her with a comprehensive understanding of clients’ needs and a practical, solutions-oriented approach to litigation.
Since beginning her practice in the United States, Kristina has gained experience handling all phases of personal injury and commercial litigation matters, from pre-litigation through resolution, including drafting pleadings and motions, managing discovery, preparing for depositions and hearings, and assisting with case strategy.
