Jordan Milite is an associate in the Corporate and Commercial Litigation departments. He focuses on issues concerning business formation, intellectual property, employment, higher education, energy, environmental regulation, and tax.
Prior to joining the firm, Jordan was an associate at Adrian & Associates where he worked on a variety of corporate, employment, and litigation matters.
Jordan graduated from Fordham University with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science. He went on to St. John’s School of Law, where he served as an E-Board Member of the St. John’s Moot Court Honor Society and a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute Law Review.
