Thomas B. Wassel Recently Quoted in a Newsday Article

Thomas B. Wassel, a partner in the firm’s Commercial Litigation department, was recently quoted in a Newsday article titled "Spies among us: How bosses remotely monitor work-from-home employees." The article discusses recent legislation that requires private employers in New York State to provide written notice of electronic monitoring to new employees.

Tom has been advising employers on a wide range of labor and employment law matters since 1983.
