Rebosa, a partner in the firm’s Trusts and Estates Department, will be presenting at the New York State Bar Association’s (NYSBA) Trusts and Estates Law Section 2022 Spring Meeting being held on May 12th- May 13th. The session is titled, Keep Uncle Sam Out of Your Settlement: How Tax Issues Affect Settlement in Estate Litigation, and will take place at 10:00am- 10:50am on May 13th. The program offers a total of 7 CLE credits between Areas Of Professional Practice, Diversity, Inclusion & Elimination of Bias, and Ethics and Professionalism.
