Lorraine A. Abraham Recognized in Bergen Magazine’s 2021 Top Lawyers in Bergen County List
November 23, 2021Lorraine A. Abraham, a partner in the firm's Trusts and Estates department, was recently recognized in BERGEN Magazine's 2021 Top Lawyers in Bergen County list for her work in Trusts & Estates, Wills & Probate.
To create this year's Top Lawyer list, BERGEN Magazine commissioned Professional Research Services (PRS) to conduct a peer-review survey of hundreds of practicing and active lawyers across the county.
Lorraine's practice includes Estate Litigation and Administration as well as planning, Incapacitations, Guardianships, and Chancery practice. She is a court-certified mediator and arbitrator covering in the areas of estates, contracts, and employment. Lorraine has served as an administrator of estates, a guardian of the person and property for incapacitated individuals; and, notably, she served as the Guardian Ad Litem for “Baby ‘M’” in a case that generated extensive media coverage and holds a place in many contract textbooks used in law schools throughout the country. Lorraine has also served as Judge of the Municipal Court, Township of Teaneck.
