Elizabeth M. Aboulafia to Moderate Turnaround Management Association’s Long Island Chapter (TMA-LI) and New York Institute of Credit’s (NYIC) Lunchtime Learning

Elizabeth M. Aboulafia, a partner in the firm’s Bankruptcy and Creditors’ Rights department, Chapter President of Turnaround Management Association’s Long Island Chapter (TMA-LI) and co-Chair of the Women’s Division Committee of the New York Institute of Credit (NYIC), will be moderating a panel at TMA-LI and NYIC's jointly hosted Virtual Lunchtime Learning with the U.S. Trustee's Office for the EDNY Bankruptcy Courts. The event will happen on Wednesday, December 1, 2021, from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM EST. Christine Black and Marylou Martin, Assistant U.S. Trustees, will be discussing the format and preparation of the new monthly operating reports and post-confirmation reports required to be used in chapter 11 cases and other pertinent topics for practitioners in the EDNY Bankruptcy Courts.
