Our Uniondale office is seeking a full-time Marketing Assistant with 1-3 years of marketing experience to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • – Perform daily administrative tasks to support the functionality and coordination of the Marketing Department.
  • – Assist in the development of ads for charitable contributions, sponsorships, and firm-related events.
  • – Support the Marketing Manager in following up on action items from practice group meetings.
  • – Coordinate photography appointments for new joiners.
  • – Maintain and update the attorney contact list in our internal database.
  • – Update the firm’s website and intranet, including bio updates, practice page edits, and handling new hires/terminations.
  • – Post press releases, attorney bios, and firm announcements across communication platforms, including the website, social media, and local news outlets.
  • – Work with the marketing team to manage brand initiatives and overall marketing strategies.
  • – Assist with firm events and meetings, both in-person and virtual.
  • – Keep track of marketing schedules and deadlines.
  • – Contribute to the creation of presentations and other business development materials.
  • – Support business development initiatives, including identifying opportunities and tracking outreach.

Qualifications:

  • – Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • – 1-3 years of marketing experience.
  • – Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • – Experience with social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn).
  • – Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva.
  • – Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • – Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • – Ability to multi-task effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
  • – Solid understanding of basic business and marketing concepts.
  • – Strong time management skills.
  • – Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal abilities.
  • – Ability to identify and track emerging marketing trends.
  • – Familiarity with social media, email marketing, and search engine strategies.
  • – Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

We offer a competitive salary, an excellent benefits package and a collaborative, friendly environment. The salary range for this role is $40,000-$55,000. Actual salary will be commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications and relevant experience.
