Cullen and Dykman Strengthens Its Corporate Department with the Addition of Ilana T. Pearl as Partner
May 2, 2023New York, NY – Cullen and Dykman LLP is excited to welcome Ilana T. Pearl as a new partner in its corporate department as part of its ongoing commitment to delivering top-tier legal counsel to its clients.
Ilana's practice is focused on mergers and acquisitions, joint venture structuring, corporate finance, securities compliance counseling, corporate governance, and drafting of commercial contracts. With her experience in representing companies at every stage of their growth and development, from initial formation and early-stage financing all the way to sale or dissolution, Ilana brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the firm.
Prior to joining Cullen and Dykman, Ilana worked at a large multinational law firm providing legal counsel to public and private companies, private equity firms, pension funds, and sovereign wealth funds in the United States, Canada and Europe on a wide range of mergers and acquisitions deals, fund investments, and reorganizations. Ilana has represented entrepreneurs, private offices and middle-market private companies at various stages of their corporate development, working with them on all of their corporate, contracting and financing needs. Ilana also spent time teaching law in Ireland and Germany, where she taught corporate law, intellectual property law and a variety of legal skills courses in the law departments of two major European universities.

Ilana earned her J.D. and L.L.M. in International and Comparative Law from Cornell Law School and her B.A. from Cornell University. She is admitted in New York, the District of Columbia, and New Jersey.
