Cullen and Dykman Strengthens Construction Litigation Team with Steven R. Perkel
October 21, 2024New York, New York – Cullen and Dykman, one of the Northeast region's most well-renowned law firms, is pleased to announce the addition of Steven R. Perkel as Of Counsel in the firm's Construction Litigation department.
His current practice focuses on complex construction litigation, indemnity analysis, and construction defect. An accomplished trial attorney, Steven has tried numerous cases to verdict for both plaintiffs and defendants across New York.
With over two decades of experience in insurance defense litigation, he has handled high exposure cases on behalf of residential and commercial property owners and contractors in a wide variety of matters involving construction litigation including New York State Labor Law disputes and toxic tort litigation, to premises liability and general liability claims.

Steven earned his J.D. from New York Law School and his B.A. from The University of Wisconsin-Madison. He is admitted to practice in New York and the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
