Cullen and Dykman Grows General Liability, Tort and Insurance Litigation Practice with Addition of Christopher F. Mansfield
October 6, 2020Garden City, NY – October 6, 2020 -- Cullen and Dykman, one of the Northeast region’s most well-renowned law firms, is pleased to announce the addition of partner Christopher (Chris) F. Mansfield to its general liability, tort and insurance litigation practice.
Chris joins from New York-based Bond, Schoeneck & King PLLC.
He has over 20 years of experience representing clients in the grocery, construction, real estate development and financial industries before state and federal Courts in New York, as well as numerous governmental agencies and administrative tribunals.
Trained in trial technique at the New York State Bar Association’s Trial Academy, Chris counsels clients in a wide variety of risk management, insurance coverage and compliance related matters including those involving the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act, the Medicare Secondary Payer Act, New York State Election Law, the Perishable Agricultural Commodities Act, the Commodities Exchange Act, the American’s With Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act and the Family Medical Leave Act.

As an active contributor to the Nassau Suffolk Law Services Volunteer Lawyer Project, Chris has volunteered many hours assisting Long Islanders facing homelessness and eviction. He is also a member of the East Rockaway Volunteer Fire Department where he has served as a Captain, Department Records Officer and an elected member of the Department’s Fire Council.
He holds a J.D. from St. John's University.
