Wayne M. Cox is an associate in the firm’s Construction Litigation group. Wayne’s practice consists of commercial, construction, and insurance coverage litigation as well as general tort litigation including premises liability, labor law, property damage and the litigation of various commercial matters, including contractual disputes.

Prior to joining Cullen and Dykman, Wayne was an associate at defense firms where he focused on commercial and insurance matters as well as intellectual property litigation and prosecution.
