Steven R. Perkel is an Of Counsel in the firm's Construction Litigation department. His current practice focuses on complex construction litigation, indemnity analysis, and construction defect. An accomplished trial attorney, Steven has tried numerous cases to verdict for both plaintiffs and defendants across New York.
With over two decades of experience in insurance defense litigation, he has handled high exposure cases on behalf of residential and commercial property owners and contractors in a wide variety of matters involving construction litigation including New York State Labor Law disputes and toxic tort litigation, to premises liability and general liability claims.
In addition to his legal practice, Steve has been a frequent commentator on CNN and HLN.
