Sasha Chegini is an associate in the firm's Construction Litigation practice group. Sasha's practice consists of commercial, construction, and insurance coverage litigation and general tort litigation including premises liability, labor law and property damage, and the litigation of various commercial matters, including contractual disputes. Sasha represents various construction companies, real estate owners, local government entities and local municipalities.

Prior to joining Cullen and Dykman, Sasha was a contracts advisory consultant at ePlanSoft, conducted advisory and consultative review of ePlanSoft plan check software agreements and contracts such as Service Level Agreements, Software as Service Agreements, and Reseller Agreements. While in law school, Sasha was a Junior Staffer of the Journal of International Business and Law and was a Senior Staff Member and Associate Editor of the Moot Court Board. Sasha also served as a legal intern at the Disaster Recovery Clinic at Hofstra Law, where he assisted in litigation on behalf of pro-bono clients in disputes with general contractors and with the misappropriation of FEMA funds by condo associations.
