Sara Rubin is an associate in the firm’s Construction Litigation practice group. Sara’s practice consists of commercial, construction, and insurance coverage litigation as well as general tort litigation including premises liability, labor law, property damage, and the litigation of various commercial matters, including contractual disputes. Sara represents construction companies, general contractors, real estate owners, local government entities and local municipalities.

While in law school, Sara was an Articles Editor of the Journal of Law and Policy. She also served as a clinical intern at the Brooklyn Law School Incubator & Policy Clinic. During her first summer as a law student, she worked as a legal intern at an insurance defense firm.
