Robert H. Adams is an associate in the firm’s Commercial Litigation department.  Robert’s practice includes representing financial institutions in contract disputes and in matters related to commercial mortgage loans.  Robert also represents parties in all aspects of trust and estates litigation.

Prior to joining the firm, Robert practiced maritime law for a leading international firm in the field, along with insurance defense litigation.  Robert also advised clients with respect to U.S. sanctions concerns.  While in law school, Robert served as a Notes and Comments Editor on the Tulane Maritime Law Journal, and he was a two-time participant in the Judge John R. Brown Admiralty Moot Court Competition appellate team.
