Robert F. Fanning is an associate in the firm’s Commercial Litigation department. His practice consists of representing clients in commercial, construction, and insurance coverage litigation, including premises liability and labor law matters. Prior to joining Cullen and Dykman, Robert focused his practice on defending architects and engineers in professional liability matters as well as premises liability and commercial motor vehicle litigation.

Robert served in the United States Marine Corps as a Reconnaissance Marine from 2007 to 2012. He deployed overseas on multiple occasions including in 2011, to Sangin Valley, Afghanistan as a member of 3d Reconnaissance Battalion, Bravo Company.
