Richard T. Lombard, Jr. is a partner in the firm’s Banking and Financial Services and Real Estate departments. He represents lenders in a variety of real estate finance transactions and represents sellers and purchasers in the acquisition and disposition of commercial and residential properties. Richard also represents clients in construction litigation, employment litigation, general commercial, and contract litigation, and he represents clients in estate and trust matters as well.
