Raffi Salbashian is an associate in the firm’s Construction Litigation group. His practice consists of representing construction managers, general contractors, subcontractors, and property owners in commercial, construction, and insurance coverage litigation.

Prior to joining Cullen and Dykman, Raffi served as an Assistant District Attorney in Brooklyn, where he managed an extensive caseload and served as the lead prosecutor in multiple hearings, trials, and Grand Jury presentations. Prior to his role in Brooklyn, Raffi served the State of New York as an Assistant Attorney General in the Consumer Frauds Bureau in the Westchester Regional Office.

While attending law school, Raffi worked at the United States District Court, Northern District of Illinois, was on the Dean’s list, and public service honor roll. Raffi also volunteered with the Innocence Project.
