Peter Figman is an associate in the firm’s Construction Litigation group. Peter’s practice consists of commercial, construction, and insurance coverage litigation as well as general tort litigation including premises liability, labor law, property damage and the litigation of various commercial matters, including contractual disputes.
Prior to joining Cullen and Dykman, Peter was an associate at a firm where he focused on commercial litigation in the areas of construction and real estate. Additionally, Peter worked as an Agency Attorney for the New York City Department of Buildings in the Administrative Enforcement Unit. Peter appeared daily on behalf of the Department at OATH hearings, prosecuting civil summonses regarding violations of the New York City Building Code, Administrative Code, Electric Code and Zoning Resolutions in an effort to ensure safety compliance.
