Paul P. Plush is an Of Counsel of the firm’s Construction Litigation department. His practice includes representing construction companies, real estate owners, developers, general contractors, and other clients in all aspects of construction litigation, and he has experience in cases involving labor law, premises liability, property damage, insurance coverage, and various other types of claims. Paul has also successfully defended professionals in errors and omissions lawsuits and defended employers against employment discrimination claims.

Prior to joining Cullen and Dykman, Paul was a commercial litigation associate at a boutique insurance defense law firm on Long Island. In this capacity, he litigated a wide variety of matters including business disputes, insurance claims, professional liability, labor law, and premises liability lawsuits at the trial and appellate levels. Paul is also OSHA 30 Certified.
