Paul A. Michels is a partner in the firm's Banking & Financial Services department. He has been a member of the department for over 41 years. He represents religious and other not-for-profit organizations, real estate developers, educational institutions and public utilities in a broad range of real property conveyance transactions. Paul also represents financial institutions and other lenders in all aspects of commercial loan transactions, including drafting loan documents and due diligence review of all information relevant to the borrower and guarantors.
