Olivia Wirta is an associate in the firm’s Construction Litigation practice group. She joined the firm in February 2025. Prior to joining the firm, she worked in the appeals department at the New York State Insurance Fund doing Workers’ Compensation law. While in law school, Olivia worked with the Cyberharassment Clinic and Conservation Law and Policy Clinic. Olivia received her B.A. in Political Science and Energy Conservation magna cum laude from Syracuse University in 2021 and her J.D. from New York Law School.
