  • Defended electrical subcontractor in multi-party fire damage case involving property, extra expense, and builders’ risk damage claims related to work performed at an Upper East Side synagogue.
  • Defended Queens homeowners’ association in multiple actions for alleged civil rights violations, breach of contract, and intentional torts.
  • Secured $1 million judgment in favor of limited partner in hedge fund against majority member of fund’s general partner.
  • Obtained multiple judgments in favor of NHL franchise in relation to sponsorship and suite lease agreements.
