Michael Cordrey is a partner in the firm’s Commercial Litigation department. He has tried over 50 cases to verdict and many more to settlement or dismissal during the trial, mediation, or arbitration. Michael represents clients in state and federal court; and, while most of his practice is devoted to cases involving insurance disputes, products liability, construction accidents, and premises liability, he also has significant experience in litigation involving commercial contracts and commercial real estate.
