Kristy Eagan is an associate in the firm's Construction Litigation department. Her practice consists of representing construction companies, real estate owners, and local government entities in commercial, construction, general tort, and insurance coverage litigation involving contractual disputes, premises liability, property damage, and labor law claim.

Prior to joining Cullen and Dykman, Kristy was an associate at a midsized Boston-based law firm where she represented insurers in affirmative civil lawsuits under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act and in post-judgment enforcement proceedings. She previously interned for the Honorable Debra Freeman, Chief U.S. Magistrate Judge for the Southern District of New York, and the New York State Moreland Commission to Investigate Public Corruption. While in law school, Kristy was the Cooper-Walsh Editor of the Fordham Urban Law Journal.
