Kathleen L. Douglas is a partner in the firm’s Banking and Financial Services department. She has considerable commercial real estate transactional experience and regularly represents financial institutions in commercial, mixed-use, and multi-family real estate finance transactions.

Kathleen’s practice involves representing clients in all aspects of purchase, sale, and lease transactions. This includes drafting and negotiating commitment letters, mortgages, notes, guarantees, and indemnities; drafting and negotiating commercial, bank branch, office leases, and subleases; drafting and negotiating contracts of sale, reviewing title reports, surveys, and related searches. Ms. Douglas also has experience representing clients in the purchase and sale of mortgage loans and supervising due diligence on those transactions.
